Shipping and Returns
All in-stock products ship within 2-4 business days.
Need an in-stock product sooner? Reach out to us on Instagram or at help@madderhome.com and we will see what we can do.
Some exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods, or if you preordered an out of stock item.
We'll send you an email with tracking information once your order ships!
Shipping is free throughout the United States.
Change your mind? We offer returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. Products must be unused, and in the same condition and packaging they came in. If the returned products are not in the original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Defective Products
We check (and double check!) all of our items for quality before we ship them to you. If you believe you received a defective product that can't be used as intended, please reach out to help@madderhome.com with your name and order number, and our team will review your case. We are on a mission to make sustainably made textiles more accessible and to reduce waste so all of our products have minor, cosmetic imperfections. Questions on what this means? Exchanges
Want a different color? No problem! Send us an email at help@madderhome.com within 14 days of your order being delivered so we can help you return your unused item. Please note that exchange credit will only be issued if the returned product is unused and shipped back in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we'll issue you a credit so you can place a new order from our website.
Start a return
Email us at help@madderhome.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Our team will take it from there!
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the condition and refund the original price of the item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We don't accept order cancellations but please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. We can't promise we will be able to accommodate your request but we will do what we can to try to help.
